Within 20 days of the star of work, we file a Preliminary Notice and inform all necessary parties that the property is subject to a lien to protect your ability to get paid.

For those clients facing non-payment, we will file the Mechanics lien  ( so long as we provided notice properly) within the time frame and start preliminary Negotiation for recovery of monies due..

For those facing binding Mediation or Arbitration, we will step in and negotiate on your behalf and deafened your rights against those trying desperately not to pay you.

For cases that escalate to the court system, we can appear and defend your right to get paid from your work.

Once the bill has been paid, we will file the proper paperwork to remove the lien on the property, which is required by the California Civil Code.
